Allow to edit Global API Key description

Hello,

As a PagerDuty instance admin, I would like to be able to edit the description for a Global API key. It sounds weird to create a new API key (so impact a 3rd-party) if I only need to edit the description.

Here are some use cases:

  • I made a typo/mistake: typed “ServiceNow prod env” instead of “ServiceNow preprod env”
  • I created it for an application and its name change: set “to connect to StackDriver” and now should be “to connect to Google Cloud Monitoring”
